AMC specializes in the cleaning and general maintenance of outdoor areas, commercial and industrial, throughout the tri-state area. Specifically, the upkeep of sidewalks, curbs and building facades, plus the installation and care of street furniture, and all sanitation disposal.
Our clients include economic development entities such as Business Improvement Districts (BIDS) and Special Improvement Districts (SIDS) - Sites that require supplemental sanitation and maintenance services - as well as commercial and industrial areas.

AMC Management Team
Principal: Patrick DeSimone
Prior to founding AMC, Patrick was a Senior Credit Analyst with Bank of Tokyo and before that a financial analyst with SNL Securities. He earned his MBA from St. John's University Graduate School of Business and holds a BS in Finance from St. John's University.
Principal: David Goldberg Before forming AMC, David spent more than 2 years working as Director of the Graham Avenue Business Improvement District in Brooklyn. Prior to that he was employed by Merrill Lynch. Born and raised in New York, David is a graduate of St. John's University and attended New York University's Wagner School of Public Service.
Operations Manager: Pajazit Hot
Pajazit has over eighteen years of experience in the maintenance industry. He has managed work crews of all levels and has a great depth of knowledge running all types of maintenance equipment.
Operations Manager: Ben Brika
Ben has over 10 years experience supervising work crews and managing our pressure cleaning service.
Office Manager: Sandra Batts
Sandra joined the AMC team in 2006 bringing with her over 30 years of experience in wide variety of administrative positions.
